24/7 emergency contact is offered to tenant with a on-call (not answering service) employee in charge of determining the response requirements for calls.

In-House maintenance is optional to the investor who is free to obtain their own service contractors or seek alternative quotes. In general terms, our in-house maintenance services are reasonable, comprehensive, guaranteed and provide peace of mind. Compare that to the alternative and 'no-price' is better then peace of mind.
