Dailey Management partners with Buildium, a software suite that provides investors with access to information on their property anytime, anywhere.  Once you sign on with Dailey Management, your account manager will provide you with a login and password to Buildium, so you can pull your reports whenever you feel necessary.  Most reports can be exported in XLS (spreadsheet) or PDF format.
