Dailey Management prides itself on selecting the best tenants to live in our units.  We set our standards high to provide excellent living opportunities for our existing and future tenants.  Our application process is designed to screen potential tenants to ensure the best possible living arrangement is reached.

When filling out your application, please keep the following points in mind:

• The application process can take anywhere from one to several days.  Providing us with all of your information the first time will allow us to serve you faster.
• Please include the following information with your application:
  • Application with all information filled in fully and completely.
  • Last 3 pay stubs for all applicants.
  • Case workers names, phone numbers, fax numbers, and agencies (if applicable).

Applications can be returned to any of our leasing agents, scanned and emailed to info@daileymgmt.com, or sent via fax to the appropriate office.
